Class uniform

Jazz & Acro: Black leotard, bike shorts. Bare feet. Hair - bun

Hiphop: Comfortable clothing with shoes. Hair - neat and tidy off the face

Combination Class: Dream Shirt/Black leotard, bike shorts. Bare feet. Hair - neat and tidy off the face

Performance Troupe: Black leotard, performance troupe shorts/leggings. Jazz shoes. Hair - Neat and Tidy Bun

Terms & Conditions

  • I/We wish to enrol my son/daughter in the above classes at  Dream Danz Studios. I am fully aware that all classes are supervised by qualified dance teachers and that my child/children participates at their/my own risk and no responsibility will be placed upon instructors or  Dream Danz Studios.

  • I/We understand that  Dream Danz Studios strives to provide a safe environment in which to undertake its scheduled activities. Dream Danz takes no responsibility for any students outside of their classes.

  • Dream Danz and its staff will not accept any responsibility for accident or personal injury due to personal negligence.

  • I/We understand that all medical and/or ambulance costs will be my/our responsibility and  Dream Danz will accept no liability.

  • I/We understand that personal belongings are the sole responsibility of their owners and  Dream Danz takes no responsibility for damage or loss thereof.

  • I/We understand that photographs and video footage may be taken during classes and concerts and/or performances and that these will remain the property of  Dream Danz .

  • I/We give our permission to Dream Danz  to use these for promotional purposes only (Photo image release contract below)

  • Dream Danz is a nut, kiwi fruit, egg, banana, peanut butter free environment. Please observe this rule for the benefit of all members.

  • Dream Danz is a professional dance studio and therefore we expect our students adhere to the required dress code at all times.

  • Students are to turn off their mobile phones during class time as it may cause interruption to their lessons.

Enrolment Policy

  • Enrolments are to be completed online via our website.

  •  Students are committing to their chosen classes by terms.

  •  Students withdrawing from their classes must notify the office of their withdrawal before the commencement of the next term.

Fee Policy 

  • I agree to pay all fees associated with being a member of Dream Danz Studios. Including, but not limited to, class tuition fees, membership fees, showcase participation fee and costume hire, exam and competition entry fees and any legal fees to recover monies outstanding.

  • All students must pay a membership fee of $20 per year. This covers insurance, music licensing, all administration duties and overheads related to enrolment.

  • Dream Danz may hold fundraisers throughout the year to cover studio maintenance, repairs and new equipment and ask that all parents support these fundraisers.

  • Term Fees are required to be finalised by Week 2 of each term via Visa, MasterCard, cash or funds transfer. Fees may be paid in monthly instalments via Direct Debit. . No other payment methods or cycles accepted.

  • A $25.00 late fee will be applied to the account for each month that the account is late.

  • Full term fees will apply where students have attended classes for 4 weeks or more.

  • No refunds will be given for students who do not complete the term after this period.

  • Students enrolled for less than 4 weeks will be charged single class fees for all classes they attend and a $25.00 cancellation fee will apply for return of unused fees.

  • Classes missed due to illness, holidays or other commitments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Dream Danz does not offer catch up classes for missed lesson.

  • Dream Danz will credit the particpant for the next term for any cancelled classes.

  • Fees do not include the cost for uniform or costume and accessories costs for any performances

  • Customers must keep their account up to date and ensure payments are made by due dates. Lessons will be suspended to any student with an overdue account.

Injury Policy

  • Dancing is an activity where injuries can occur.

  • Injuries must be reported to the teacher or coach by the students. This is important to be aware they have hurt themselves.

  • When an injury occurs at our studio we will complete an injury record for the parent. Depending on the severity of the injury we do expect the parent to take the student to a physiotherapist or appropriate medical practitioner of choice.

  • Students who have been injured must present a clearance report from their practitioner stating they are able to return to classes. If the injury is ongoing we must receive reports regularly so we are aware of the restrictions placed on the student.

  • We are not liable for personal injuries.

DDS Committee - The work of the DDS Committee is vital to the running of our studio.

End of Year Show

Our annual concert is an opportunity for our Dream Danzers to perform, enjoy and showcase what they have learnt over the year.

Concert Pack

Annual Concert Fee : $150 -  goes toward Concert DVD, Concert medal & photos from the photoshoot, and concert DVD link..   This is due by Term 3, Week 9.
